The Architects of Betrayal (TAB) 31: Farming Charybdis For Fun and XP

Hey there again. Not much to report this time. As I'm sure you'll recall, last week ended with the group rolling another charybdis attack.
So we started there. The first Charybdis died depressingly fast. The second . . . ate Bob. It was not a good idea. Then again, these things have an intelligence of 4. So it wasn't prepared when he clawed his way out of its gut on the next turn.
Fight over, the group went back to travel . . . and almost immediately rolled another attack, this time of 3 Charybdis. It went something like this. Bob get's eaten. Tanic get's eaten.
Minerva get's eaten.
1 Charybdis dies.
Tanic gets eaten again.
Minerva get's bitten by a Charybdis (that succeeds its grapple) as part of an AOO. She bites it back, ironically for the same damage. Which is terrifying if you think about it.
Tanic get's eaten again . . . well, you get the idea.
I came that close to killing that shifty fucker . . . again. What animal has more than 9 lives? Pretty sure that whatever it is, its currently pretending to be a human rogue.
